Ada is Pregnant
Early this month, John was approached by a young woman names Francis Ada. She was in the last stages of pregnancy. She asked John for our help to provide a place for her to stay and with help for the childbirth itself.
We try not to turn away a pregnancy, on behalf of the mothers and also to help the babies to be born safely and well into this world. Sometimes it is a stretch because of the expenses of the others we have been trying to help but we will never turn away an expectant mother. We managed to get her a place to stay, and this week, John took her in to the hospital. We learned she has had no prenatal care at all. The doctor prescribed some medicines and suggested she come in for a checkup every few days until the child is born. We will do what we can.
