Anabel's Birthday Update 4/17/26

Anabel's Birthday

April 21 is Anabel's birthday.

Anabel is a little girl in Ghana who was abandoned by her mother when she was very

small. Other street children took her to our friend John, who arranged for her to

stay at a private shildren's care center where she has been living ever since. It

is not an ideal situation but at least she has food, shelter, and people to watch

out for her. And she has been attending school so that she can get an education and

have a future when she is grown.

They are making a new dress for her birthday and have asked for the funds to pay

for it so of course we are sending that. We don't know if they plan any other

celebration for her but at least she will have this, a new dress made especially

for her.

This year Anabel will be seven years old. We all wish her a happy birthday and a

good year ahead.
