Sylvia Home Update 11/12/25

Sylvia home

Sylvia, the young woman in Ghana who lost her baby boy in childbirth, has been

released from the hospital. Earlier today John went with Madon, Sylvia's husband,

to pay the final medical bill and bring her home. She is very weak but well enough

to go home.

While the young couple were going through all of this their landlord locked them

out of the room where they had been staying for nonpayment of rent. Sylvia is in no

condition to be sleeping on the streets right now. But that has been taken care of

and she is back safely inside.

This has been a very sad time and we mourn the loss of the baby but at least Sylvia

is well and back with Madon. Hopefully they can begin to put their lives back

together after everything that has happened.
