John's Church Update 5/25/26

Johns Church Update

John is continuing to work to finish his church building in Ghana. Basically

all that is left to complete is the roof. It needs to be covered in plywood and

then the plywood needs to be covered with sheets of galvanized

zinc to protect it from the rains.

Unfortunately, this is another rainy season in Ghana and water is getting into

everything. So, it is very important that the work on the roof be finished before

the water damages the basic inside work that has already been done.

Last week workers managed to seal off the main beam and the parts of the roof

that have been finished. The combination of rain and wind were threatening to blow

off what had already been put in place, so this work was very important. There is

work yet to do but for now some of the roof is at least secured in place.
